The heat penetrates deep into the muscles, allowing for deeper work to be applied. The stones also naturally assist in lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and axiety, light skin exfoliation, and prevention of muscle cramps. The stones also naturally emit negative ions which can aid in mental alertness. 

Aromatherapy:

Choose between Lavender, Peppermint, or Eucalyptus to enhance your experience. Relax, as the essential oils are dropped along the spine and massaged into key pressure points throughout the body. The oil will also be diffused throughout the room for a superior experience. Please Note: Some essential oils may be toxic to pets. Before booking this add on, please ask which essential oils are safe to use around the pets in your home.
